Mission Statement


What It Is

1) A website dedicated to young (and not-so-young) athletes who dedicate their lives to the pursuit of improving their athletic performance.

2) Cutting-edge, straight – forward information related to strength training, nutrition and sports performance that can instantly be implemented.

3) My passion. Even though I’m a teacher, I will always be a student.

What It Isn’t

1) Gimmicky.

2) A waste of time.

3) One giant useless infomercial.
